Where's My LANPass Card?
Looks like LAN is back to their usual "high" standard of service to elite members. Called them last week to find out where my card was before the end of the month and got told it was sent out on March 18. Still no card so I called today and got told that my card wasn't on the register and that there was now a request for a card in the system. Of course there's now a 20 day wait before anything can be checked. Since I qualified in mid November that the Back Orifice would have things validated in time to get the cards out by the end of March.
