Registration

HI: I have 30,000 + lanpass miles but am having trouble registering on their site
in order to book miles. I have tried different browsers to no avail. Keep getting the same messages over a period of weeks after completing enrollment form that process not completed and to try later.
I would like to use my Lanpass miles on partner airline AA to fly from Lima to Cusco.

So can you tell me how I can register with LANPASS to use my miles?
Thanks

In order to have any miles (or kilometers) you must first have an account. I think in this case you must call LanPass customer service and explain your situation. Perhaps you have already been assigned an account number. Good luck!

I assume you have LANPASS Credit Card, you need to check your statement to check your LANPASS number, then try to register that number with an account, but it should work with the email that you use when you sent your CC application.

For LIMA-CUSCO, you need to use your LANPASS Kms, AA does not flight that route.

On LAN not on AA which offers no domestic flights in Peru.

Hey welcome to FT tgaf1949!

Sadly, there seems to be a few complaints about unsuccessfully trying to register for LanPass. I read someone tried for many months. Best recommendation would be to go to Lan USA Facebook site and inform them of your problem trying to register. They will apparently solve the problem faster than traditional methods.
