Changing IGR-BUE-SLA to IGR-BUE
I booked BUE- IGR and IGR-BUE-SLA , but found it complicated to deal with the last one-way segment (SLA-BUE), and decided to take roundtrips on different dates BUE-IGR-BUE, and BUE-SLA-BUE .
I wanted to change of IGR-BUE-SLA to IGR-BUE without paying fees, and have more flexibility on the ticket.
I called LAN and explained them that I just want to keep the IGR-BUE segment in my reservation, since I am not going to board the connecting flight to SLA, but they requested change fees, as it is a "destination change".
Can I skip the last BUE-SLA leg and check luggage to BUE , or is there another suggestion?

I doubt you can check your bags through to BUE and they are all domestic flights so it isnt as if you need to clear customs along the way.
Most LAN flights include a "free" stopover, even on the cheapest tickets, but the "free-ness" of such a stopover are somewhat of a misnomer as you also have to pay the change fee and the recalculation of the following segment if applicable.
If LAN are offering to change your destination to BUE for the change fee without any additional penalties then that is probably your most economical option
