LAN AEP-USH availability

LAN AEP-USH availability
In planning for AEP-USH in December I note that
1) LA has a flight at 0430 four days a week. It shows Y9 B9 K9 and zero in the rest. The EF seat map for a random day shows the flight wide open.
q - Is the seat map indicative, and plenty of space will be available for the asking? Will AirPass fares be restricted?
2) LA's several other daily flights on the route are zero'd. The EF seat map page says "There was an error message from the airline when trying to retrieve this seat map: EQUIPMENT CHANGE IN PROGRESS"
q - Really? Or are those flights blocked/sold?
