I am trying to send a complimentary letter to LAN regarding the above-and-beyond service I received at the SCL airport when starting my recent trip, and I'd like to send it to a person, rather than a general Customer Service inbox. Does anybody have a direct contact email for a manager at LAN CS?
I don't know if requesting the name of an individual like this violates the Terms here...I know that when complaining or referring to service issues and experiences we're not supposed to post the names of airline employees involved, but I thought this might be a different case...
