Florist

Anyone know of a good florist who can take a custom order over the phone and deliver to a hotel room on the strip?

depending on budget / hotel, you might try the hotel concierge.

Budget isn't really the issue. The complicated part is that I won't actually be there. I guess I could call the hotel and ask to speak to the concierge. I'm still hoping someone has real-life experience with a good florist, though. With the concierge, I always wonder if they're giving me the best or if they get some sort of referal fee.

The Concierge I worked with also helped negotiate a 25% discount off of a watch at Tourneau at the Forum Shops as I was only able to negotiate 15-20% off the price. I was clear to mention to the Managers I spoke with that the Concierge service was excellent.

I had a client send me a floral arrangement and a bottle of champagne when I stayed at the Wynn - apparently he called the concierge to arrange it all. The flowers were lovely. The Wynn apparently has its own florist on call but I bet all of the better class of Strip hotels either have someone in-house or someone good available to do it.

Thanks. It sounds like everyone does things through the hotels. I'll give the concierge at Mandalay a shot.

The two florist I deal with almost excusively(an I do a lot of buisiness with them)are Flower Fair and Tiger Lily. Both are excellent and deliver to all of the hotels. Flower fair is a little more "designer"and is also a lot more expensive. If a traditional arangement is ok call Tiger Lily, give them a good buget and they will do you proud.
