Gold Key Program at TheHotel
I was checking out the promotions for TheHotel and found the Gold Key Program.
Has anyone used this promotion?
What was your experience favorable?
How did the limo/car service work?

I ended calling them up because I never received a phone call to get my transportation times. So, I've arranged that with them, but before I hung up, the woman said, "A supervisor will call you later to talk about your transportation times". Why?
