'Debaucherism'
I've not heard of partying labelled as such, but that's what LAS visitors are called in this study.
What's wrong with a little fun?
This isn't news to anyone who looks at the FT Las Vegas forum.
Who'd have thought people would like to party when on holidays?

"Strip clubs, binge drinking and non-stop partying are all part of "debaucherism" travel." [SMH]
Holidays used to be about rest and relaxation, but young adults are increasingly using holidays for out-of-control partying in a trend the industry is calling "debaucherism".
The World Travel Market's annual Global Trends report has found that in North America, young travellers are emulating tabloid celebrities during vacations and engaging in heavy drinking and non-stop partying.

I was thinking whoever wrote this is way behind on the times but noticed that it was published in Australia. Guess it takes a little while for trends to migrate down under

Wow, heavy drinking and non stop partying during vacations? This is not exclusive to North America or Australia. But English speakers in Europe call it Holidays
