Lady Luck dead?
A few years ago when I first started going to Vegas I'd stay at the Lady Luck. I liked it there because I like the slow pace of dt and for the rate it was ok. It had what I needed, a good sized room, clean and quiet and I always had a view of the mts. ^ for about $40 bucks at the most usually. A while ago I found a website that had updates on the remodeling of the hotel and casino but it has been down I am guess for a while now. Anyone have reliable info on the happenings of the make over? www.bebacksoon.info/ was the site that I had found but is now broken

Here's the latest on the Lady Luck from the LVRJ, Sep 19th: http://www.lvrj.com/business/9872442.html
And July 17th: http://www.lvrj.com/business/8546662.html
We were big fans of the cuisine and service at the Burgundy Room: several of it's ex-employees are working across the street at the Triple George Grill.

Haha thaks kaukau! I had just gotten done reading that article when I went back here to see if there were any replies to my posting. I hope that the new owners keep the hotel priced for cheapos like myself or at least mid priced for those who like to keep a budget while making the place look nice and pretty. Sounds like from the article the owners have a good plan on trying to work with the area that is around the property and incorporate it all as smoothly as possible. It'll be interesting to see what comes of it all.
