Olives

"Olives" at the Bellagio is a good restaurant with a nice Italian wine list--try and get a table on the patio to watch the water displays.

Olives is a great restaurant. The view of Lake Bellagio is incredible, whether from Olives or Picasso or any of the other lake-fronting establishments. However, three weeks ago when I was in LV, Olives was closed for renovation and supposedly reopening sometime this month. So, call before you go!
