You pay to take a picture with them. It's the same with all the Star Wars and other characters out there. I always feel for those poor freezing girls out there though. At least the Chewbacca costume is nice and warm.

They want to pose for pictures with you in exchange for tips. (Tips rather than a set fee because of something about how the law works here.)

Poor NHL. Vegas gets an expansion team last season, they kill it all the way to the Stanley Cup Final in their inaugural year, set numerous records on the way and still....we have people who are unaware of the team. Sounds like someone should take a knee on the ice during the anthems....maybe that'll put them on the map

It's a good location, and the venue is decent, not quite as nice as some of the other arenas (being in the desert sort of limits you to the designs). I saw a Kings preseason game there as well as a regular season VGK game. Definitely very popular with the locals.
