Centurion Lounge access

Flying out of Vegas tonight around 8pm. Unfortunately I have to fly spirit out of the A gates, and wanted to have dinner in the Lounge early before my flight. Is it possible to access the D gates and get back to the A gates for my flight? I realize there are across the airport from each other, but wasnt sure if back n forth tram access was allowed.

I've been able to get from the A gates to the Centurion lounge a few times. You will get to a point near the tram where you will have to plead your case to a TSA agent or other airport employee as there is a door that you need a badge to get through, but I've always gotten lucky with them letting me through without having to go through security.
