Looking for a better deal at either Aria or Wynn
Hoping someone has some contacts who can help. We're looking at booking our first quarter board meeting Thursday 3/31 - Sunday 4/2 at either Aria or Wynn. We need four king rooms for three nights each and also a (very) small conference room for 1-2 days. I e-mailed both Aria and Wynn. Aria replied with a very nice detailed response but the rooms and rates were the same as on the website. Wynn replied said that I had to call.
Am I expecting too much to get a better deal (price and or upgraded rooms)for 12 total nights + conference room (not to mention dining and gambling)?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Yes, you're expecting too much. I think your best angle is to try to work some F+B credits into the deal as a package. Comps from gambling would be a separate issue and would likely occur on departure unless you have history at the properties or other casinos and are trying to get a casino rate.

To the OP - I assume you're working with the Sales department, not the general Rooms Reservation department. Even if your group meeting is not huge, if you communicate to Sales that this is a "dry run" for potential future business, you might get some additional "throw-ins".
