Booked prestige, all seats unavailable?

Booked prestige, all seats unavailable?
I just bought a Prestige class ticket from ICN to the US, and almost all the economy seats on the flight show available, but not a single prestige class seat. Is this something that happens with a reasonable explanation, or should I be concerned that something is amiss?
