Anyone liking the possible new KE Logo?

Anyone liking the possible new KE Logo?

Korean Air submitted a new logo design to Intellectual Property office for patent few days ago to be used in 2024 when the merge with OZ is completed.

But the company says design is subject to change. What do you think about the possible new logo?

The font is nothing special IMO.

No. It's more bland. But I guess I can see why they need a new image to represent the merged airlines.

At least people won't mistake the new logo for a Pepsi one

Logo itself isn't bad, but guaranteed the livery that will go with it becomes white and blue, and BORING. No more sky-blue.

Reminds me of the new Aegean and Icelandair liveries, bland and same blue and white scheme.

They should at least join the rest of SkyTeam and use both red and blue. Make top half curve of circular logo red and bottom curve blue.

The fonts look more modern and cleaner but feel less Korean, IMO. Anyway, I hope they still keep the baby blue color.

They should simply do a light refresh of the current branding instead of doing an overhaul.
I think the KE brand is strong enough to keep the current ID.
