award calender shows availability but no flights
anybody know if this is a website flaw and should check by phone?

I came across the same situation. I called and sure enough, there was NO availability even though the website said otherwise and wouldn't let me proceed with booking online.

Doesn't hurt to try. But I've also called several times when this has happened and agents confirmed there was no availability.
