In terms of the soft product, KE treats this flight as a standard long-haul one so you will get an amenity kit and pajamas.

However, the A330 F seats are not as private as on the KE A380 and B772/B77W, being arranged 2-2-2 vs. a more private 1-2-1 configuration.

Here's a picture of the KE A330 F cabin:

Overall, the F cabin doesn't feel very spacious since it is just one single row and very close to the F galleys and J cabin.

Personally I would never choose to go F on an A333 when it is substantially the same seat as J, which is also fully flat. The food/drink difference is simply not worth the cost/miles difference.

I agree, I flew this segment December last year, where there were no seats available in J and I couldn't justify the additional cost. You do get first class meals, pjs and amenity kit, however seats are practically the same as seats in J class just behind the divider.
