Korean devaluation?

I was just browsing award charts and took a look at Korean's since I have UR points that I could transfer to them. I noticed at the top of the page it says after 4/1/13 that the charts will be changing. I couldn't find any news on this. Is this extremely new? Looks like only changes to Asia occur for US based travel. At least they are giving seven months notice...

doesn't look too bad. USA-North Asia Prestige Sleeper goes from 125,000 to 130,000.

makes flying Asiana with 120,000 UA miles more attractive if you can get Smartium seats. of course availability is always an issue with Asiana using UA miles.
