Can I pay to upgrade?
My dad will fly from HKG to DFW in a couple of weeks. Recently he got injured on his lower back. I'm wondering if there is any chance for him to upgrade from Q class to business class. We are willing to pay a reasonable fee to do that. Anyone has experience?

You can't buy an upgrade on KE. You just have to pay the difference in fare. They don't do anything last minute either, sorry!
