Any Recommendations for taking a shower upon arrival?

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone had a tip for where I could get a shower upon arrival at 5am. I'll be landing at ICN T1 via OZ J, and the airport hotel is sadly fully booked. I'll be in a group of 4, and checking in early at the Conrad would cost about $600 (2x rooms). Does anyone have any recommendations? I can easily drop my stuff off at the hotel and go somewhere else to freshen up (within Seoul), or take the 18km journey to the T2 airport hotel. I had thought about going to a Korean spa but the people in my group want private bathrooms. Thanks!

Go to the SPA ON AIR sauna in T1, B1 basement 1 floor of the public area (after you ex)it baggage/customs of course - but no private bathrooms, will very much be a shared thing

Or you book the DARAKYU CAPSULE HOTEL in the train terminal building

that being said, it's a lot of work and I would just wait until you get to your hotel, check in and shower - much easier
