Connection Time in ICN
Flying Jan 13/2015 BKK->ICN->YVR
BKK - ICN: TG634
ICN - YVR: AC64
It's on the same itinerary, so I'm guessing bags will be through checked to YVR.
Question: Connection time in ICN is 1hr 30 mins. Is this enough to make the connection? Any insights on the ICN connection procedure will also be helpful. Thanks!

Welcome to FT!,theicebandit
Since this does not involve an UA flight and likely better response with come for regular users of the ICN airport, will move this to the Korea / ICN forum. There are a couple of threads there on the same topic.

1.5 hr is plenty of time. Both TG and AC will be at the Concourse terminal. You will need to go through security upon landing. Make sure you have your boarding pass for the second flight ready to show the folks at the security area. This is how they determine you can go through the transfer area. Typically the transfer process is easy and pain free. I would estimate you will be through within 15 minutes upon landing. The only thing that might back it up is if a few large airplanes happen to drop off a lot of passengers just before your arrival.
Also since you are transferring, you will not need to fill out an entry card for Korea.
Lastly, if you do not have lounge access, the area around the lounges on the 4th floor (3rd floor is departure level) have some comfortable chairs and the area is usually fairly quiet.
