KLM problems

Feels like spam. If he wants to complain put the text in a post instead of just a link.
But I think he is just unlucky. But if you are a consultant and know KLM will loose your suit without you can not work I do not understand why you put it in the belly. I would hand carry the suit.
I fly weekly with KLM and have had it all. My luggage normally arrives... more the 50% of the time. I had 3 singapore airlines flights in june and twice my luggage did not arrive after the second leg.
Happens everywhere and with all airlines. The only airline I never had any delayed luggage is Ryanair!
