Got my SE membership pack today, card and luggage tags included. Valid thru 06/2004, this is strange since the card says 2002/2003 memberhip card

Just out of curiosity - for US members, if we have an address in the UK and get the KLM Trial offer, can we call KLM in a couple of months and say we moved to the US and want the miles transfered to our NW account? Will the status transfer over as well??

OK, I played around with Adobe Acrobat and with a better scan of the file (thanks to a fellow Flyertalker) and now have a version you can fill in on your PC, the fields also have "tooltips" that show what you need to fill in when you move your mouse over them.

The crads have started to arrive for people who applied about a month ago. Suc a long time, I would have thought for new members they would give it some priority
