T&Cs

The T&C's posted online on the FD (UK) site are dated Jan 2004, so presumably these are the so-called 'new' T&Cs referred to in the Dec 03 newsletter.
I did not notice anything striking in there and I would be hard pressed to identify what is new (but I don't have the old T&Cs at hand).
Anybody with sharper eyes?

Nick, you couldn't link to them? I can never find them on the website! Thanks

Don't see anything weird either. They do mention that G class tickets can't be upgraded but I think G is for staff travel.

I found this funny on the T&C's

"Platinum Elite is defined as the most EXCLUSIVE and highest status in the FD Program"
