Experience getting non-codeshare MH miles posted..?
I know this is small fry compared to other problems getting miles posted, but... It will get me up to SE (which will be very, very useful - I'm sick of working with my laptop on my lap on the seats outside gate 15 at LHR...) and enough miles for my upcoming holiday...
Made an LHR-KUL-LHR return at the beginning of March. Booked through lastminute.com, so there was nowhere to enter my FD number. Phoned up MH, and they noted it. Checked it at checkin on o/b and i/b.
Still nothing. Phoned FD helpdesk, and was advised 'this is not normal', and that I should fax the boarding pass stubs and receipt. Which I did, over a week ago.
Still nothing.
Have I just not learnt the patience required in getting these things posted? Or is there a problem that needs other methods to get sorted out.

Patience is the key word
I did get 100% of my MH flights so far credited, with lots of patience and one mailed-in claim (which yielded results in about 2 weeks).
As FD is content with copies of the ticket and BP (unlike some other FFP's), I have no qualms about mailing them claims. My backup plan, which I haven't had to use so far, is to claim the miles with another MH partner if FD doesn't deliver after one claim.
