KLM FD account errors
Guys
I just logged into my account again as I do most days to follow the transactions appearing in there... and was shocked to discover that my most recent flight transactions appear in the listing but are included in my flight tallies.
The miles or segments have not been included in the totals, though the flight does appear in the trasnaction statement.
Bizarre ?
I will be in AMS later today and query this there.

This happens regulary - it usually just take a few days for the the totals to sync with the transactions.

Yup, happens to me quite a bit too...
Incidentally, anyone any idea how long it takes MH flights to register on the account? I've got an LHR-KUL-LHR flight to go in there, and could really do with having those miles in there... They had the FD number at booking and check-in.

Dont worry about this. This is standard and always catches up. They seem to run several systems at once; You will get a different answer again if you ring up.

It would be nice if any flight credits showed up.
Still waiting for an AS flight 7/02 and four KL flights 8/02 - said to be credited but apparently they take four weeks to show. And I'm not even thinking about the online booking bonus.

The Europe-KUL flights are usually the quickest to be credited, however.
