Rudi - that's more than I have had. I have NEVER had an email from FD.
I did recently get an email from KLM thanking me for registering with KLM Portugal for updates, which arrived AT least 6 weeks after I registered !

Also nothing here for my wife and me. And our cards expire this month...
Hope the new cards arrive within the next days and the account is updated and online again on the 23rd.
My travel plans for a flight to MSP on Nov8th however won't materialize in form of a booked KL tix with the fuzz about the new prog. unresolved so far.

You may want to contact FD if you haven't received your new cards yet. They faxed me "confirmation of status" last month, confirming my RW status is good for another year and requesting KLM ticket agents and lounge operators to provide all "RW services".

I've got my GOLD card, and a leeflet for explanations;
There is a lot of marketing in it, trying to promote the 'new' program.
I cannot know how many miles on the wxeb site, and 9 did not get any update from KLM.

Myself and several friends have all received their respective cards. Mix of Blue, Gold and PE all in the UK.
One thing on my mind though, thinking of Singapore 24th Oct the day after the new scheme comes into effect. Was actually considering buying economy tickets and upgrading at the lounge if there's room in biz ( usually is ). Now at the moment I don't have enough points to upgrade two of us both ways, however supposedly the 1.83 multiplication should have come into use whereupon I will have. Now do I risk KLM having updated my points the day after the launch or just get biz tickets !!

FD Desk told me it will take
3 weeks......to change my address
And I'm supposed to be optimistic about more complicated transactions like 1.83 conversions!!

Well I recently started working with a HUGE US Corporation in their London offices, (as a Credit controller ) and well I am beginning to think FD might be a well run corporation...
Our Customer Service is non-existent. Nobody gives a ****, and ownership & responsibility for problems - well whats that !

Hey, I just noticed that all my flight transactions have disappeared from my on-line statement. The balance is still the same but the only transactions are hotel, retail and of cource the IPR Bonus.
I guess KLM will be working through the weekend on the transition so if they don't block login-in it'll be kinda interesting to watch their progress. IT being what it is, who knows what might crop up. A few extra 0's would be nice.
