OLCI Error - Why ?

"The following errors occurred:
A passenger in the reservation is not allowed to check in with Internet check-in. Please go to the check-in desk at the airport to get your boarding pass. "

Anybody ever had this? Why am I getting this error? (I was able to checkin on the outbound legs).

Thanks

That certainly is strange. Did all the passengers on the reservation buy the ticket simultaneously or were your PNRs linked at a later time?

The reservation only includes one fool (aka myself).

I phoned up KLM e-service helpdesk who said that the fact my ticket was on NWA stock that created problems in that their system doesn't always recognise the ticket dependant on what airport you are flying out of.

She suggested I don't book with NWA anymore, to which I laughed at. I am not a poupov who pays 25% or more for the same flight.

I wouldn't be flying KLM again this year after a one year hiatus were it not for nwa.com, which allows choosing specific booking classes, and has reasonable taxes.

to 25% miles + 100% taxes!

No problems with OLCI so far, but had to claim miles for some return legs

I'm happily married to an American woman. It's nice to be able to use
her US credit card to book the same intra-european flights for about 35%
less on www.nwa.com. Sometimes I wonder what KLM is trying to prove...
