Internet Check in Problems

Internet Check in Problems

I travelled this morning MME (Durham Tees Valley) to AMS then onto BLQ (Bolonga).

My problem is that I could check in for the two outbound segments and the first return segment - choosing my seat etc but it won't let me check in for the last segment even now.

What can I do so as to be able to select a good seat and save time at the airport? Do any FT'ers have experience with this?
