KLM apologies!
KLM is busy sending out apology emails. I received two in last 24 hours. First, for sending a mail which was meant for travel agents, not for FFs; 
(Something about revision of IATA fares, guess they hiked it up; which is not so good news). Second for sending emails from "KLM Ecuador" in Dutch language (or may be in French/Spanish).
I think these confusions are perhaps due to shifting into FB. Hopefully they will not let this confusion seep into our mile accounts.

Got the Ecuador apology,but I've never received any e-mail from Ecuadorian website or anything similar!

when I firt read the subject of the e-mail I thought :"Wow they are officially apologizing after my complaint for the end of the KLM + card"!nope...
