FD Website - slow to update

I flew (NCL-AMS-DTW-IND) a couple of weeks ago (16 May).

Checking the KLM/FD website today (31 May) I see my points have still not been credited. Normally these are updated in 4-5 days.

Has anyone else experienced problems with the website this way ?
Is it something to do with the FB D-Day ?

FD states on several pages that the FD web site will be not available between June 1st and 6th.

Besides this, American Express informed me that they do not submit Miles at the moment due to a 'freeze' until FB has completely started (so at least until June 6th). Perhaps no Miles are registered at all at the moment, due to the FD-FB transition.

Btw: Welcome to FlyerTalk!

Seems like the freeze is more significant that that. I am also missing some KLM flights that I took in the beginning of the month. I guess they will be back once the FB site is launched.

KLM froze all FD accounts on 05/15. You will not see any mileage postings until the start of Flying Blue.

I sincerely hope that they will credit all those flights automatically... otherwise there will be a huge papertrail.

I'm holding onto boarding card stubs and copies of them - just in case
