Works for me
Ive played this game a few times. You are only allowed to play once with each e-mail address unless you recommend it to someone else and that person also plays the game. The first two pictures always seem to be the same, so that theres "excitement" left when you scratch the last one.

After this you go to the page with the 3 hearts and you hold down the left mouse button then move the mouse over the hearts to scratch them away.
