error message when checking FD account?
Does anyone else just get an error message when trying to log-in to one's FD account? This message appears since Jan 1st ... Thanks.

I was able to log in OK just now. Can't do anything else once I've logged in because the site doesn't work unless you use IE, but that's an old problem which they don't seem to be willing to fix (unlike their colleagues at schiphol.nl who fixed the Privium web site within 24 hours of being alerted to the compatibility problems)
That's KLM for you...

They don't seem to have updated status requirements though. It still says earn X miles before Dec. 31 04 ...

Even though I got the error message, the system decided I logged in OK (I clicked on "My account" in the left menu and it showed everything just fine)

I think we should be used to all this by now. It seems that each time KLM makes changes to their web site (like the booking engine changes I mentioned in my other posting) other parts of the web site stop working. Then they patch whatever isn't working and something else stops working. And so it goes on.
If I was KLM I'd scrap the whole thing and start again.

What?! Just after they won a prize for the best website in the universe?
Do you ever get the feeling that the rest of the world must be just a little bit mad?
