Very short routes such as LON get crackers.
Morning flights from outstations get banana bread (if you plan to eat it, ask for at least two cups of water to get rid of the taste of sugar in your mouth afterwards), except the cracker routes.

Only flight I’ve been on what was solely water was on AMS - DUS (booked for 55mins, in reality shorter). But full drinks service usually available on AMS - MME (75 mins, in reality often shorter), except when Eastern Airlines are being incompetent and haven’t got beers. But both MME and NCL (80mins) vacillate between sandwich or mini cheddars (and sometimes those mini bocadito tomato and oregano things), seemingly without logic.

Recall over 10 years ago I had some Rotterdam-LCY flights with full catering including wine (indeed, recall I asked for and got a 2nd glass). Fokker 50 though, that maybe added some minutes that made service possible. Forgot which airline (VLM?) but could credit to FB.
