KLM have now cancelled my upcoming flight in 2 weeks due to a problem processing CC, however the payment for my seat selection has gone through. No problem with payment after talking to my bank, KLM have not 'picked up' the payment
for the flight and re booking is a huge amount more. Very frustrated trying to sort this out, in fact I am mightily hacked off.
