Baggage issues KLM
We bought a ticket for AMS-KUL and selected the standard fare (with checked baggage). However, after payment, the ticket showed that we did not have baggage and when we tried to buy it, it says we cannot buy baggage online and can only do so at the airport because it is operated by another airline (there is a transfer in SIN). Has anybody had similar issues? Did you manage to buy baggage at the airport and did you get any refund?
