Transporting pets on KLM?
I'm shipping my lab unaccompanied from AMS to MUC. Has anyone shipped a pet unaccompanied on KLM before? I've read online about it and realise I need to contact a specialised freight agent to make the booking, but I'm wondering where I actually go to drop the animal off day of?

Depends on your agent. If you don't have one yet, I can recommend Animals to Fly (http://www.animalstofly.com/index.php/en/) - they were most helpful when I needed their assistance quickly back in May.
