Format of e-mails announcing changed itineraries
I just received an e-mail informing me about a changed itinerary:
I almost deleted it as spam due to the odd and completely uninformative header (note that the date in the header is the date of the e-mail, not the date of the flight and that it doesn't say "KLM" anywhere; LASTNAME and FIRSTNAME were my correct last and first names). English grammar is also not a strength of this e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FLIGHT KL3401 05NOV HAS BEEN MODIFIED DUE TO THE MINIMUM CONNECTION TIME DOES NOT MEET. HERE IS YOUR AMENDED ITINERARY.
