Another IT problem on klm.com

Another IT problem on klm.com

Trying to book return intercontinental flights for two of us (both Platinum) with Economy Comfort seats but every time we try to do this on klm.com it hangs and I get a error message. As you know these Economy Comfort seats are free for plats. Booking *without* a seating preference seems to work fine; however I'm concerned that I won't have a chance to then go in and select the Economy Comfort seats I want. Tried to book it on airfrance.nl and I don't have an option to choose Economy Comfort at all. Both Explorer and Chrome have the same problem.

Any suggestions? I'm really getting fed up of these seemingly endless IT issues.

Call KLM for a manual seating assignment?
Or first try to delete all your cookies and then try again or from a different computer.

While on the subject, I have noticed that I often get to a non existing page when trying to make a booking by clicking links on KLM's web-site. It seems to be during certain periods and not all the time but enough for me to notice it

Doesn't matter what browser or machine I use and can be quite frustrating...

Is there a problem with KLM app?
Unable to access booking except on web site. Has been like this for a few days.
Have deleted and re installed.
Is it just me or is it wider problem?

I've been wondering if some of the problems you describe (which have also happened to me) are caused by too many requests being made on their database at the same time. I've clicked on links that appear dead but on the 4th or 5th try they work.

I cannot accesS special offers or make bookings either. Think it must be th app but there is no way of contacting them if you do not use twitter or face book.
