Yes I could trade one for 26 as I do not have it.
As an aside, I am considering disposing of my collection, which excluding the 10 duplicates, stands at 56 houses. Grateful for any advice by PM on the best way to tackle that.

Yes I have a few irons in the fire but suspect that I might have to resort to ebay if I proceed. I see that most sell houses piece by piece but would prefer to avoid that hassle if possible.

From januari 1 the KLM Crown lounge 52 will host a platform to exchange Huisjes (for a period of 3 months):

Basically you can bring your duplicate hous(es), and exchange it for other ones. They will start of with 6 complete series - so if you search for the extremely rare ones you better spend new years at Schiphol!
If you have to go through security they will seal the houses in a tax-free bag, so you are able to take them through a layover/stopover as well.
