It works just fine : you just have to select a few options and give your mail address. I received my luggage tags within 2 weeks and they are looking good

They are also having the offer for US residents at the moment. A few years ago they had the offer for UK residents. I filled in a UK address, but never got any luggage tags

Any thoughts on how much info to put on the tag? I was going to do F. Last and just email / mobile. I know a lot of people don't like to do their addresses, but what is the general consensus here, if there is one?
