And Southwest doesn't allow pets at all. They'll tell you to buy a ticket on another airline. I guess someone ran the numbers and decided that losing this business was better than carrying pets. I wonder if that would still be true at $100 each way, but charging $100 would run counter to Southwest's no-fee ad campaign.
