If you are saying that Twitter is faster than using a phone rep, you are likely correct. Twitter is faster than the phone if the Twitter is being monitored. Not a newsflash there.

The point of the post was to let readers know that JetBlue monitors Twitter.

If needed it can be used to get fast customer service
