Question About Change Fee
Just a quick question that might save me some time in the morning.
Does the change fee and fare difference need to be charged to the same CC that was used to make the original reservation or can you specify a different one online? If I cant online would it be possible to do this with an agent on the phone?
I'm considering changing a flight (that my job paid) to one day later for non work related reasons ... so the change fee would be my responsibility ... but putting non-work charges on the work CC creates problems. So if I Could put it on another card that would be excellent.
Thanks for any info.

If memory serves, when you make a change or add on to a reservation online, you must either re-enter the same card if you want to use that, or you can input a new one entirely.
So yes, you can use a different card. You wouldn't even be able to charge the change to the company unless you had the original payment information.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately my plans fell through when the flight home from MCO to ROC went up $140 between 1am and 8am. I could rationalize the cost until that jump ... doh!
