Need flight advice

I'm looking into meeting up with my husband in Orlando in a few weeks. He would be landing at 12:09 pm from ATL. I could take either of these flights from SYR and land at 12:09 as well.

Should I go for an extra hour of sleep or should I go with the safer bet. Sounds like 43 minutes would be enough. What do you think? Oh, this would be a Thursday morning, FWIW.

Lv SYR 7:20 am
Arr JFK 8:32 am
Lv JFK 9:15 am

or

Lv SYR 6:00 am
Arr JFK 7:09 am
Lv JFK 9:15 am

BTW, has anyone been to the website lately? They now tell you how many flights left at that price on some of the flights.

That early in the morning JFK is pretty easy to connect through. I think you should be fine with the later flight baring and unforseen weather or aircraft problems. Me personally, I like to sleep so I would sleep in and push it to the limit. If you are worried about it the night before you can always show up at the airport and try to stand by for the earlier flight.

Actually I just looked it up and the 0720 out of SYR is flight 41 which is a thru flight to MCO. So you could not miss the JFK-MCO flight since you will already be on the plane.

Thanks so much.

Now if I could only talk the pilot into blowing off the stop at JFK.

Even if it weren't a through flight (and that could change) I'd take the later one. The 43 minute connection is a little tight, but the early flights are less prone to delays and shouldn't have too much trouble.

New booking format

It looks good and makes it easier to find the cheap flights. It is also competitive with the AA or Delta websites. Good job B6.

Now if IT would program it to allow you to see the seatmaps before putting in your information the website would be squared away!

Hi Jet Blue - I had an enjoyable ride on your planes in the seat with the extra leg room. I'd recommend it to other travelers - I think the upgrade is only $10?

I'm glad you enjoyed your jetting experience on JetBlue! Prices for the EML section depend on the stage length.
