Need 1 TrueBlue point

I've got 99 TB points sitting in my account and need to book a flight in three weeks.

Is there a way (aside from flying) to rack up 1 TB point quickly? I don't have any MR points to transfer.

AmEx card?

I thought you could buy them in increments of 5, but it seems the fewest you can buy is 10.

I know someone who had like 97 or 98 points and they got a nice person on the phone to waive the extra 2 or 3 required. For 1 point, maybe you can do the same? If not, it's in your best interest to buy the minimum needed to atleast create a valuable TB award.

so you'd have to buy 10 for $73.75, which is a lot to pay for one point... but I guess it sets an upper limit for how much trouble you should go to to get one point some other way. (and of course you'd be 9 points closer to your next award!)

Smile

I was once given a single point after calling in.

Then again, when I screwed up that PayPal promo and asked for one, they said they can't negotiate with points, so results may vary.

You could try the tried and true method, keep calling till you get the answer you want.

go to coupon conection and offer a trade for the minimum number of amex points needed for the jet blue points

can do it with 250 amex points

How many TrueBlue Points do you need?
1 TrueBlue Points = 250 Membership Rewards Points
Membership Rewards points equivalent:
Points must be transferred in increments of 250

so how does this show up in your account? does it just say "1 promo point" or something, or did you end up with a -1 balance after the award?
