Checked bag policy?

Checked bag policy?
I try to read FT just about every day. But the new checked bag policy never hit my radar screen from B6. I took B6 last Sept , 07 to Aruba, and MCO. When did the 1 baggage restriction go into effect for B6. I know most of the other carriers have been implementing this policy but as I said I thought for some insane reason B6 was an execption. Even my DS mentioned this and I said no way, because I would have read about it here on FT.
