Jet Blue ~ wrong name on E ticket!
I bought a ticket yesterday on-line for my son, with my credit card and my billing address, and entered his name (we have the same last name) as the pax. The confirmation from JB soon came back but has Mrs. Soames .... as the pax.
I immediately e-mailed them back pointing out the error and asked for it to be changed, but haven't heard from them yet. I seem to recall reading that "changes can't be made". But this was either an error on their website or some glitch within the www itself, lol.
I'm going to call them (it's not a toll free number from my area
) Do you think I'll have trouble in getting them to change it? The ticket cost $470 one-way and I have no desire to leave the sunny Bahamas and go to Burlington in early January, LOL!

If you call right away it can be contributed to a website glitch or an honest mistake and they may change it for no fee. I'm not in reservations so I don't know what their policy is on such matters.

Agreed - they will be much more understanding if less time has passed.

Thanks One and All for your encouring responses!
I spoke to a super nice girl (and the call turned out to be toll free after all
) who said that it looked like a member # registered when I logged on and then automatically ticketed the flight to my name. She was quite happy to make the change. Nice experience ^ for Jet Blue.
