I, too, am appalled by JetBlue's lack of follow-through with customers. I sent them an e-mail Feb. 20 regarding my part during their Valentine Day's massacre and the aftermath. I was told it would take 5-7 days to get a response and I heard nothing. The website said you'd hear from JetBlue by Mar. 15. That is today and I didn't hear anything, so I finally called 1-800-JETBLUE and the receptionist told me how much of a voucher I received (which I don't think is nearly enough to make up for my troubles, but that's not the point of this message.) JetBlue lied to its customers (yet again!) by 1) saying a response would come from dearjetblue within 7 days, which did not happen and by 2) saying on the website jetblue would automatically contact its customers no later than mar. 15.

Normally they do, i'm guessing they may have not read it because we have been recieving a record number of emails. What is your original question/concern, if I may ask?
