As it happens, I just used the "Tell Us Where to Fly" feature tonight on jetBlue.com to suggest Cincinnati/NoKY (CVG). I think it would be a killer destination, with a strong business community and some sky-high fares due to DL's dominance. There is probably lots of demand to all of B6's key cities.
